NOTICE OF ANNUAL PUBLIC MEETING: CANADA LANDS COMPANY LIMITED

The Board of Directors of Canada Lands Company Limited (CLCL) invites members of the public to its annual meeting on November 28, 2017 at 11am EST.

CLCL is a commercial federal Crown corporation that, through its subsidiaries (Canada Lands Company CLC Limited, Old Port of Montréal Corporation Inc. and Parc Downsview Park Inc.), optimizes the financial and community value obtained from the purchase, management and sale of former government properties, as well as holds and operates certain assets, such as the CN Tower and the Montréal Science Centre.

At this meeting, the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the President and CEO will provide a summary of the company’s financial position and outline the activities of the company in the various communities across Canada.

Members of the public are invited to attend or submit questions on issues relating to the company’s activities. Questions may be submitted by email or regular mail and must be received by the company by no later than November 21, 2017.
